BF4 FOV is only scaled to 4:3 and not 16:9

I only just played BF3 a few days ago but noticed that in that and in this the FOV setting is only scaled to 4:3 and doesn't correspond to 16:9. What I mean by that is that if I set my FOV to 90 on s...
