BF4 Freezes the PC after last Origin Update

I dunno what exactly causes this but last two major origin update wasn't good for me.

After the first one I had big FPS drop if Origin window was open background so I had to close it down to the hidden icons bar. After the second big update [about 350-400MB i think] game started to freze the whole PC. I couldn't even go to the tas manager or simply change window with alt+tab. it forced me to do reset my PC all the time and i've tried every suggestion has been made.

PS: I was playing the game for years without any error or crashes and I didnt changed any settings.

Please help. Thanks.

    - If u don't use Windows Defender:
Open up the modern Settings app, and click on the Update & security sub-module. The options related to Update & security should now open up to left. Scroll down and click on the "Windows Defender" item. Finally, head to the settings displayed on the facing right pane, and toggle off the all virtual toggles from down to up.

    - run command prompt as Admin and enter a commands:

where smile is, this is not a smile, but colon and opening brace, and no spaces after "sc_sdset_MSLLDP_"

have been having the same issue for the past two weeks or one week , i called dell and they did a remote access to my PC to try to see and fix the issue. They ran lots of test and they all passed so they made me or suggested me to delete BF4 and download so i deleted it then re installed it but im still having the same issues. Im in the middle of a game when it freezes up and i can still hear audio but the everything is frozen. Please HELP.......

  • The Problem is related to the Realtec Audio driver.

I tried several releases of the Realtec Driver from the newest to some past drivers but the freezing Problem remains.

The Workaround to fix the freezing Problem is:

Uninstall the Realtec Driver and install the Microsoft Driver for

    "High Definition Audio Device"

Thats it....freezing BF4 should be gone.
