BF3 crashes when I open video settings after monitor upgrade

I've just switched from 1920x1080 monitor to 2560x1440 monitor, and now BF3 crashes every time I'm trying to change video settings in game.

No error messages appear, game window just closes.

It WASN'T an issue with 1920x1080 monitor.

PC config remains the same:
I5 7500, GTX1060 6GB, 16GB RAM DDR4

PS: I managed to change video settings via Geforce Experience.
PPS: No issues with BF4.
