BF4 freezes

Battlefield 4(on PS4) never loads in. Tried deleting data,and have reinstalled it multiple times. I have also tried. Turning wifi off and back on again but it always freezes after the home screen wher...

Hey,

I have quite the same on PC, I'm stuck t the loading screen when I start the game.

Still no answers :/
