OP, have you tried reinstalling the latest Direct X package? Also what are your PC specs and which driver version are you using?
Hey thanks for the help. I have done the direct x update. vid card driver is 14.4 amds driver. not the beta. I have installed the c++ files as well.
I am running win 7 64bit sp1
xfx amd 5870 vid card, not over clocked, updated driver.
gigabyte 790xta ud4 mobo
kingston hyper x 8gig ram
amd 965 BE overclocked a little
Norton 360
I have also uninstalled the game, reinstalled
Done all repairs
updated adobe flash
updated java
made sure everything in bf4 files, origin is in run as admin
tried turning off dpi scaling modes
tried everything in win7 comp mode
in origin, right clicking game, propertys, run in x64, then x86
my frustration is, the game worked perfect for months....new patch dL.... game doesnt work anymore.
Im not running an ssd, just a 7200 1tb hard drive thats half full.

E lo stesso problema mio su windows 8 pro e da quando ho messo su l'ultima patch che non riesco più a giocare stesso identico errore tuo ormai non so più che fare ho provato a cancellare il PROSAVE come spiegato ma senza alcun risultato ho combiato i driver video ma niente da fare non riesco più a finire una partita io mi auguro che tutto questo finisca presto che qualcuno trovi una soluzione al problema cia e Grazie a tutti
