BF4 Game Control Settings File

Hi, I have just transfered BF4 to another PC. However, all the game control settings have reverted to default settings.  Could someone tell me how to transfer the game control settings from one PC to another PC? Are the settings stored in a file somewhere?

Also, I need to do the same thing with BF3.

    The settings files are located at:

    C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Battlefield 4\settings
