Could you please reinstall/update your graphics driver using DDU? Here is the manual: http://bit.ly/2rmqUqR
Also, attach your DxDiag file to your message: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
Thanks!

in addition to what @IIPrest0nII mentioned, check on the Radeon setting application that your GPU isn't overclocked. Also check if there're some custom settings that may prevent the game form running correctly.
Your error differs slightly but this vid fixed a similar issue for me so it might be worth a try for you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aD6j3xTH-vg&t=21s
hi
thanx for the reply.
I have used amd uninstaller and reinstalled drivers a few times. I have gone to the extent of re installing windows 10, so the install i have now is a fresh installation. i also re downloaded (long time) bf4 and its addons so overall, i have not used any of the BF4 installed files. All are fresh.
I have attached the dxdiag report.
uninstall as guide advised then same issue
update dxdiag file

Could you please check your system for missing or corrupted files using System file checker?

Hey @MrSikboy,
based on your DxDiag file, could you also try setting up a new Windows Admin account as described in this Microsoft article? Maybe that helps with the issue - it's worth a try without a lot of effort.
ok...
one thing i did not mention is i have 2 x rx 580's
each card after testing works individually fine, bf4 will run ok and game plays with no problems.
it seems as though it is only when i have 2 cards in machine in crossfire??
if i disable crossfire in amd settings with both cards in, the game runs?

it could well be crossfire screwing with things, do you run any overlays, afterburner, things like that?
i think i have found my culprit causing its own DX error, i just updated the thread, lol!
i am still not 100% mine is fixed but i believe its related to having my aquasuite software running in desktop mode, i am going to keep monitoring it, so far, so good
i run crossfire 290x's
nothing else suggested had any effect for me, but they are all worth a try!
