with nvidia driver install,allways do custom so you can check the box for clean install which will delete the old driver

Try Re-Installing all your drivers and redist software including the latest Graphic driver, the Direct X that comes with the software as wel as the vcredist that comes with the game.
Do you have any similar issues on other games?
What are your specs? More info = more help.

  Everything is up to date on my computer. Never had any problem with any other game, this is the first time and pretty disappointed lol
