BF4 has stopped working

I can not play in either the test area, campaign, or on any server. When I try to connect I get the following error. "BF4 HAS STOPPED WORKING A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." Well they never notify me I have SP1 and all updates I have had this issue even when the BETA was out. I thought maybe I had a bad install of WINDOWS 7 so I reinstalled it and checked for all program currency. Still nothing My BF3 Plays fine. What is the fix for this.
