How can I start a new Battlefield 4 campaign on a diffrent difficulty?

- Go to campaign and then select "start new campaign".
Go to Campaign tab of Battlelog, click "Play campaign". Once you enter the game choose "New campaign" and pick the difficulty level. Keep in mind that you'll lose all the progress.
