BF4 infinite loading screen - China Rising maps - XSX

Hello all.

 

Since Sunday, I've been experiencing issues when trying to play BF4 China Rising maps on Xbox Series X.

 

I have Premium (have had it since 2015 or 2016), I've installed BF4 China Rising add-on, and before Sunday I didn't have any problems.

 

I was able to temporarily fix it yesterday after doing a factory reset of my XSX; but today, whenever I try to join a BF4 China Rising map, it kicks me to the Xbox home screen or I get the infinite loading screen.

 

This is really bizarre and annoying. I really don't want to factory reset my XSX every time this happens.

 

Does anyone have experienced the same situation and have found a solution?

    I tried that before posting, but unfortunately it didn't work. i made a mistake in the title and post: the problem is not with China Rising but with Dragon's Teeth DLC.

    In order to make it work, I had to factory reset my XSX once again. 

    I have not figured out what the problem is, but I think a have a clue. I think it has something to do with me still using my XB1 and sharing games with my second account. Now that I remember, the problem started when I was playing DLC content with my second account on the XB1 and also had my main account with the same game on the XSX.

    After the last factory reset, I haven't played BF4 on my XB1 with my second account, and haven't had issues joining Dragon's Teeth DLC content.

    The funny part is that it only happens with Dragon's Teeth DLC. I can play China Rising, Final Stand, Second Assault and others.

    Very bizarre!

    I have a Series X but never had this problem. I did have one problem where Naval Strike maps were saying they weren't installed, but that was because they oddly got installed on the external HDD and not my internal SSD. Maybe check that? Just in case. Do you use standby mode? Try hard powering your console down (holding power button until it shuts off) and unplug it from the wall for 30 seconds, then turn it back on. If those fail, try uninstalling China Rising and reinstalling.
