So I load up the game on the 360, I chose which saving device I want (my xbox HDD). It then pops up a message saying failed to retreive battlepacks and then when I try to go into a menu, for example.. Multiplayer.. It pops up saying "Failure to connect to EA servers"...

I have tried again just now, still having the issue...
Earlier the same day the issue started, I was using the battlelog app to open a battlepack. The app then froze and crashed while opening the battlepack? could the two be related since the app crashed with battlepacks and the game's first error is about battlepacks?
I am having the same problem. It has been like this for three days and it started for my rommmate yesterday. The first time it happened, I reset the wifi and it fixed it. Yesterday, we tried that again and I was able to get on but he wasn't. Today, it hasnt worked for me. I am also on Xbox360 and would appreciate so help on this so I can get back to this amazing game.
