bf4 keeps crashing when shanghai siege building is collapsing!!!

No option to add a Dxdiag log? What kind of support forum is this?

Win7 64bit

Had crashes with Catalyst 13.1, so i upgraded to 13.9 but it still happens.

I also heavily doubt this has to do with exotic hardware/driver combinations, because everytime this happens it whipes half the server, so this seems to be a very widespread issue.

Game just stops responding, with a windows error message, it looks like the same happens on other maps with "levelution". My guess would be a memory leak..

And i refuse to lower my graphics settings, running on medium allready and the game is fluid enough for my needs. I won't play with crappy graphics just because DICE can't get their act together.

I keep crashing on 360 on all maps when ANY building is collapsing. 

Same issue here. Ultra high settings and crashes as soon as the building starts coming down...

When im playing story my whole system freezes up and im forced to restart my PC when im in multilayer it either kicks me from server or freezes up my entire system and sometimes when I try to load the game I have to go into my task manager just to get the game to start up. This is bs if  you ask me. Please fix soon. Getting really angry and fed up. Spent over $60 on this game and it doesn't even work.

I am having the same problems and i lose all of my xp and unlocks ..... the beta was running better for me NO JOKE

 Guys, no point decrease the graphics resolution, the problem remains, as well as the problem in this game. correct this map, origin, EA, DICE, Frostibite 3, whatever it is....☹️ 😕mileymad:

I have the same problem no matter what the graphics settings. I'm Running:

AMD FX-8350 4GHz Socket AM3+ 8MB

Gygabyte HD7950 WF3

16Gb DDR3

Windows 7 64Bit...

My next test is going to try running the 32bit version of the game....

i bought my friggin pc setup so i could play this damn game in all its glory - low and behold the games fecking broken and once again EA DICE pay themselves shedloads of money for releasing a BETA

8gb 1600hz ram (getting another 8gb installed 2moro)
radeon 7990

cpu runs at 95-100% whilst game is running....
gpu hits 50-60%...........

cannot run on ultra... majority of settings are low-high. All AA turned off. looks **bleep**e!

what you gotta say to get this fixed huh?
