If you are running Windows XP, I am sorry but that is not the supported system for bf4. You do not met the system requirements to play bf4, sorry.

It should install automatically if you enter your battlelog website. Just de-install the plugin in your Windows software manager, delete the Battlelog plugin as well and open Battlelog in a browser.
