It seems that helped a bit it didn't go under 60, but i still feel the game stuttering and also huge fps drops from 120 to 70 and 60. Is there any way that my system can hold a steady 100 fps?
There is a way to lock your frames. This will keep your frames stable, but does not guarenttee they will not drop. For example, if your GPU usually stays above 110, and you lock it at 100, it will stay around there with FPS drops being less frequent. Follow the steps below to lock your frames in-game.
1. While in BF4, open up your console by hitting the ` key (the key next to 1 and above Tab)
2. Type: gametime.maxvariablefps 100 (you can type any number, and that is the frames it will lock it at, it will never go above, but can go below, so you could also try 90 for a bit more stability)
3. Hit Enter
4. Hit ` again to close the console
