BF4 missing premium items
Hi i ordered BF4 premium along with BF4 and i havent recieved the premium items

My Premium Battlepacks are gone, they don't even show up in the list of opened battlepacks yet they do on my battlelog profile and now I have like several unopened bronze battlepacks that I know that I have opened and two gold from the premium monthly.
My premium skins and the carbon knife is also gone. But weird thing is that nwo I have a few new weapon camos and a few veteran knives for some reason.
They need to fix this FAST. I didn't pay all that money for my stuff to be taken away a few days after I got them.
I'm having the same problem :/ .. Not happy! I did not look to find missing items that we all paid 50$ for! Fix it EA & DICE! NOW!
