BF4 Missing premium items

I went on to Battlefield 4 today and saw that the Dragons teeth DLC was available to premium members. I'm premium and I noticed there was no option to download it and that all of my previously owned premium knives were gone. Does premium run out, or is this another glitch because on battle log it says I'm premium and so does the game. What should I do?
