Having the same problem. Sucks that I upgraded my graphics card just for this game only to get let down. So far I have tried all the work arounds, such as unparking cores, etc, etc. I hope this issue can be fixed.
PC Specs:
i5 2500k cpu with mild OC to 4.2 ghz
nvidia 780 gtx gpu with 331.65 drivers
msi z77a gaming motherboard with latest BIOS
8 gb corsair vegenace DDR3 memory
256 gb toshiba ssd
Corsair RM750 psu (listed just in case)
I have same problem on one of my gaming laptops ASUS - core i7 qm cpu and nvidia gpu, frame rate drops from 80 to 5
