It would appear some kind of memory leak is taking place, this could sometimes happen with non-updated / pirated windows installations so make sure that's not the problem.

Heh. Yeah, this is not a pirated version of windows. It's 8.1 legit and updated to-date.

I am having the same problem.
Memory leak in windows 8.1.I have an i5 760, 8gb ram, 6950 2gb graphic card.
Memory goes up to 97% and slows the whole computer while playing bf4

Or it could be a problem with Battlelog and Chromium based browsers.
Stop blaming people for issues with which you create. Alwayst the first response is to blame the users. I'm totally sick of seeing crap like this from Publishers, EA being closer to a bad Telco company for responses like that.
Sort out the battlelog ram issue asap please.

It is not pirated software, it is not drivers not being up to date, it is not my hard drive's firmware, it is not my malware protection, it is not anything but BF4 causing this problem for me. Also, it is not having the latest punkbuster install, it is not having the latest "bug fix" for BF4. this is a serious issue affecting many gamers. and as you can probably tell, i have gone through great lengths trying to find a fix on my own. I will be requesting a refund soon, this is unplayable and utterly disappointing.
