Did you try rebooting after?
rebooted twice now. still seeing memory leak. I am pretty sure this has something to do with the AMD drivers. My bf3 and other games run flawless.

Have you checked the task manager when it happens? Is the BF4 process using all the memory, or is it all 'paged pool' memory?

bf4 starts using a lot of memory like for example goes up to 90%, then I quit the app, the leak doesn't go back to normal. I still have to reboot system. Its wierd that you have the same card, and this fixed for you. While I am still experiencing the same issues.

so this is my fix
downloaded this software called parkcontroldist64
and diasbled both ac and battery. Now all the 4 cores are utilized to max capacity. No memory leaks so far.

So.. it's my last post here. My problem was "solved" because I changed my hardware.
I had:
HIS Radeon HD 5870
6 GB DDR3 1333
i5 750
DP55WB
Win 8.1 x64
Now I have:
Zotac Geforce GTX 780 Amp! Edition
16 GB DDR3 1333
i5 750
DP55WB
Win 8.1 x64
-----------------
I hope that DICE resolves this freakin issue. It's almost ridiculous and disrespectful.
But if you're think in change your hardware as well, I recommend NVidia + Intel.

This is from the July 9 patch notes:"-Fix for an issue where Mantle users would receive a low frame rate when running the default Mantle multi-GPU settings"
Before this patch Mantle was running absolutely beautiful since 14.3 to 14.6 and I'm still on 14.6 and now you guys said that in the latest patch you fixed some issue with duel GPU's running Mantle??? There was nothing wrong with it before the patch it was perfect! it was locked on 100% usage always giving everything possible out of the GPU and smoothly too!
Before the patch I could run my 2 GPU's on my 120Hz 1080p monitor running 150% resolution and still keep my FPS at 120. I kept it at 135% with maxvariablefps set to 120, and it would stay on that for most of the time and might drop down to 110. Now it is simply unplayable at any resolution.
Now after 30 min the game has a memory leak and the fps goes down to 40-50 with lag as well making it unplayable.
They messed with the code and broke it, nothing new from DICE!
