it did seem to happen right at the end of the round when it was about to change maps.
Played all day yesterday on my new nvidia card without issue.
This just starting happening to me at 2:00 am in the morning.

Windows 8.1
All drivers are fully upgraded.
Still happening over and over, getting old. Going to request refund for game and premium if not fixed in a short period.
