BF4 PC Memory leaking? 94% Memory usage with 12GB

After some time playing, game will consume all 8gb ram and PC will just freeze, all system will freeze.

Athlon II x4 640 3.0ghz

8gb 1333mhz ram

xfx6870 1gb

all latest drivers, amd last beta also tried older drivers.
