Maybe this is a temporary fix for you guys, It worked for me. I know it's for battlefield free to play but I tried it on battlefield 4 and it works for me.
http://battlefield.play4free.com/en/forum/showthread.php?tid=87779 add bf4.exe to the only list instead of BFP4f.exe.

I'm going to try this. I'll report back asap.
I tried it. Got 3 rounds in and it leaked the same amount into the non-paged pool (4.5gb). This didn't fix it. Leaving at the end of the match is currently the ONLY work-around that I know of. I'm done attempting to install, modify, or do anything to my PC just for the sake of this game. I'll wait on the people responsible for this to fix it.
