BF4 PC Memory leaking? 94% Memory usage with 12GB

Are folks with R7 & R9 video cards having the same memory leak issues?  There seems to be a whole lot of older card users with this problem.

Same problem for me.  At first I thought it was an issue with bf4.exe going to 100% disk usage (cause that was happening) but it was caused by it running out of memory. 

Win 8.1 (8GB)

ATI HD68xx
