"Upgraded" from win 7 to 8.1 last night just for the extra fps. Was excited to see the 30+ bonus when I first started. Lasted a few hours before the first memory issue. Now I can't do two games in a row without having to exit the second game and restart my computer. Even tried that cleanmem fix in this thread and that didn't help either. Since it requires the name of the program I think it just cleans the current issue of bf4.exe and ignores the issue: the phantom RAM hog.
