I've now tested 3 days BF4 (x86) in Win7 compatibility mode.
In the time I had no memory leaks !
It is important to ensure that the BF4 running (x86) process in Task Manager in compatibility mode.
Compatibility mode to W7 and x86(32bit) version is not the solution.
First of all as some people said the problem came back.
Secondly it must be random, yesterday night I played 6 rounds in a row without problems and stuck on 7th.
Moreover the game should have been OK, we all paid for a final product, this problem did not exist in beta!!!
Additionally I want to confirm that I tried to combination W7 and x86(32bit) version, played 2 rounds
without problem BUT on same settings, graphics where worse probably because of
the driver model W7->WDDM 1.1 , W8.1->WDDM 1.3
Yepp, I can also confirm that the win 7 compatibility mode "fix", indeed isn't a fix. The memory leak came back ☹️
