BF4 PC XP Boosts not active?

I see where in the pause menu it would show a active boost or presumably allow you to select one, but it just says "None" ; meanwhile my battlepacks had 6 XP boosts in them... Is this feature not li...

Update - working for me now that I installed the 677mb update, however now game stutters and lags mercilessly, when was choppy but playable previously.

Boosts have now been fixed by DICE/EA.

To activate a XP Boost, please join the server and when the game will be loaded press "ESC" key to open Game Menu, in the lower right corner you will see a button to select and activate the XP boost. Here is an example:
