BF4 phantom dogtags bug
When im playing Battlefield 4 Final Stand on PS3, I find a dogtag box. I knife it, then I try to collect the dogtag. It doesn't give me the option to pick it up. How can I fix this?

You need to crouch down or lay down to get the E to pick it up.
