BF4 Premium and all my origin games fail to d/l

greetings,
I purchased these games and have played them all, with no problems. 
I bought a new 500 gb hdd and started to d/l my bf4 to that, it got to 2GB and now since this final stand update patch nothing will download, (may be coincidental)
I have been trying for nearly 2 weeks.... even tried the web for suggestions on the error code as per below.

I have my downloaders set to C: drive and Origin where my W7 OS is located ,
and my  games programs set for my other G: drive as per origin menus settings

please, can anyone assist me,
I have reset everything, uninstalled all my games and origin and did a fresh instal, origin downloads ok, then the updates are added, but thats it, none of my games in my library will start to download.

and have submitted millions of these codes and not one reply from Origin in my email or Origin account -
why didnt you just leave the Battlefield series with STEAM to handle this sort of problem, as they reply immideately and are excellent at the service which is all free.

I couldnt find this specific code but found a similar thread and someone suggested they do a "sfc /scannow" check which came back with nothing,

it may be a DX issue but
(as i did have a dx issue when i downloaded wolfenstien - not the latest one but the one previous, after that i couldnt get wolfenstien to work even after a reinstal and my COD ghosts wouldnt play at full res without crashing)
I dont know how to uninstal my Dx programs and reinstal them -
it seid I had a later DX than the one that I downloaded from microsoft.
