BF4 Premium BIG problem lost money
So now I bought the BF4 premium CD for PS4, then when i open the game it always show that I must pay 67$ to uograde to premium!!! I pressed on purchase thinking that it should be free as I'm premium ...

Premium is not on a disk. Premium is a download that you buy off of the PSN. If you purchased it on the PSN store, then you would be able to download it. It will try to charge you if you try to get it from the store again. You have to load up Battlefield 4 and go to the in-game store to do the downloads of the DLC.
As for a refund, you will have to contact Playstation Support, since you purchased it on the PSN and EA does not deal with refunds on products purchased outside of the Origin Store.

Premium does not come on a separate disk. You may have purchased "Battlefield 4: Premium Edition" which is the base game, and includes a code for Premium.
