So now I bought the BF4 premium CD for PS4, then when i open the game it always show that I must pay 67$ to uograde to premium!!! I pressed on purchase thinking that it should be free as I'm premium ...

So do you mean that a disk with Premium label on it doesn't mean I've free premium access?
Premium does not come on a separate disk. You may have purchased "Battlefield 4: Premium Edition" which is the base game, and includes a code for Premium.
