Can I purchase BF4 premium from gamefly and give the activation code to a friend as a gift?

Hi, so what is the correct procedure to purchase the Premium Membership Edition (or any game for that matter)? I already have a copy of my own in Origin, but want to purchase a copy as a gift (to another person on Origin). Thanks!
