BF4 Premium installation path

I bought BF4 (pre-ordered) and was given Premium as Christmas gift.  Premium was purchased at GameStop.  I had to DL and install the Gamestop app, and I followed the instructions, got a valid code but I am not getting Premium benefits, even though "Premium" is showing up in my Battlelog forum posts.  I think the Premium files installed to the wrong location on my PC, so Battlelog recognizes me as Premium, but can't find the local files.  Just a guess on my part

The game is installed at ................  C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4 

But the Premium files installed at ....C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Battlefield 4 Premium

My question is, where should these Premium files be installed?  I tried creating a "Battlefield 4 Premium" folder in the Origin games folder and installing it there, but that didn't work either.
