EA and DICE have said that they know about this issue and that it due to some problems it could take 5 days for Battlelog to sync. If / when the 5 days have passed after purchase I recommend that you contact a EA Game Advisor at the following link: http://help.ea.com/contact-us
If they tell you to wait five days or they tell you to wait another five days, simply say no and that you either want a refund or the issue to be escalated. I'm also having this issue so I hope they sort it soon. Best of luck to both of us! (and the hundreds of others) 😉
