BF4 premium works on Xbox One but not Xbox 360 - Not paying twice!

Can someone from EA possibly assist me in this issue?

If you have premium on Xbox One and only Xbox One sorry you can not have it on Xbox 360 all platforms are separate and to explain to you better why that shows you as premium is because as you have 2 soldiers on that account and one is premium you are a premium player and if you look a little better at your soldiers at your profile you will see that only Xbox One soldier is highlighted whit premium and that Xbox 360 soldier  is not you will have to buy premium on Xbox 360 to have it there sorry there is nothing we can do as i say all platforms are separate even if they are linked 

EDIT you can not transfer your premium from Xbox One to Xbox 360 if you wore wondering that transfer only works for Xbox 360 to Xbox One not the other way around sorry

I won't accept that as a answer.

I purchased premium. It should be tied to my account - I should be able to use it on any platform - Premium to me is like a Xbox Membership, it is tied to my account and I can login on any console and still have use of my membership.

I refuse to have to spend another $50 on a game that's not even working right, plus the fact of me purchasing it AGAIN on the same account. I have put out over $150+ on Battlefield 4. I refuse to pay anymore for a video game that I already should have access to. on this account.

I am so sorry but that is how it is you don't have to buy it it is your choice but to have it on bought sorry for now that is not possible

yes you can log into your xbox live account but its only for one character just like bf4 is for one account only. your xbox live account doesnt let you have multiple profiles from the one account.

I wich I could take XP away from this comment.  This is another reason why EA is such a sh!++y company.

This statement is completely incorrect on battlelog it clearly states that my soldier on 360 is premium you can try and dress it up any which way you like the fact remains we paid for a membership it should'nt matter what console we choose to assign that membership too furthermore with your companies recent failure to bring out naval strike on xbox one as promised many of us premium xbox one users are reverting back to the 360 version in order to play naval strike. Disallowing us to download something we alreadty paid for is unacceptable and i will be contacting trading standards regarding this gross misconduct
