BF4 Private server scam or ripoff PS4

Dear EA legal department,

I am about to post all correspondence between EA and myself (see below sample) regarding the same issue on public media platform focusing on this ongoing problem. I have also filmed the server and the lack of Banner, uploading the banner from Battelog confirming the banner has successfully been uploaded, and then over a week logged into PlayStation BF4 where no appearance of any banner is visible.

I have also noted that the server is invisible to the public and it appears the only people who can join are friends despite the server being set to public and ranked and NOT private. The server has been reset and put to standard in the hope it would work as advertised without success. As your records will show I hired another server last month because the hired EA server didn’t respond to the above complaints and therefor I essentially lost hire time. The consumer act in Australia is very clear on International consumer protection.

International consumer protection

The International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN) is an organisation composed of consumer protection authorities from over 60 countries. ICPEN's website provides useful information on how you can resolve cross-border disputes.

www.icpen.org

ICPEN also maintains the eConsumer.gov website where you can report international scams and other consumer complaints.

The customer service at EA is appalling with very poorly trained staff who indicated that EA does not have private server rentals, despite the fact the private server rental was paid just yesterday (16 October 2019)

This may seem like a trivial matter to EA but my question is… In Australia we pay $37.95 per month I understand the USA is much cheaper and I do not see this issue happening there. I am fed up with EAs reluctance to rectify this ongoing issue.

I have been making inquiries with other counties on private social platforms and at this point the EA issue could be systemic.

I would like to know what EA is willing to do to fix my problem. EA is showing the signs of a company that is about to go down, using cheap labour, failure in gaming stability, failure in delivering past promised content and failure with BF5 and Gamers being misled by EA spin and PR.

I’ll look forward to hearing from EA Games with a resolution and proof your actions are not a scam. If I do not hear from EA Gaming representative within seven days of this email, I will assume you do not take this issue and problem seriously and I will proceed with the above intended.

Regards,

Tony..
