BF4-PS3 CODE TRANSFER TO PS4--NOT WORKING

Hi i have contacted orgin 3 times since the 17th of november wher they assured me my issue would be resolved in 24/48 hours as it has not. All my info is on orgin and do have case numbers..... (Case #15877451) and (Case #16121736). i am turning to you to hope i can get this issue of mine resolved in right way that is deserved. Please go over my cases and see my issues as orgin was in my opinion trying to just shut me up or just think i would forget this matter/issue which is owed to me and at the end just gives me a 15% disscount on game wher i should have got my original 9.99 voucher code deal....NOT FAIR NOR RIGHT...i would really appreciate your looking into this matter/issue and please help me and make this right...thank yo so much for your time and help and please contact me at [edit: email address removed] which is my primary account not [edit: email address removed] and thannxx again
