Hi I have been playing bf4 for nearly a year. I went to play the game 6 days ago and a black screen pops up and tells me I need to install game data. I proceed and the installation freezes at 60% and restarts back to the ps3 dash board. I have delete bf4 profile and other saved data completely off my system and it still fails. I need help solving this problem.

I said * this * and bought a new disk instead. The new disk works perfect * hassle solved.

I had to buy another copy.of the game and reinstall the initial files when you first place the disk in. I tried off the original disk several time to no avail, hence the knew copy purchase

@RISHKID Id buy the digital copy and it should solve your problem. That way if the files ever get corrupted like mine did all you would have to do is delete the files and redownload it from the library instead of having to pay for a whole new copy.

Yes I deleted the data but I go into the and it feels do the same thing I deleted all bf4 data and it feels freeze sorry but I do not have money to but the digital copy ☹️

@RISHKID The same thing happened to me. There is only one way to fix it. Buy a new disk or buy the digital version. Thats how I fixed it. I know no other way.

@RISHKID I dont know my friend. The digital copy would play obviously and all your stats and unlocks will be there as well. I dont about the dlcs but I image they will still be there as well since those would have been a digital download anyways. But I dont know anything beyond that.
