Bf4 PS4 Password Reset doesnt work

I have lost access to old email, as somebody who had my phone changed my email details long time ago. 

When my psn was linked to my old email, i believe Ea acc was linked to that email. I have recovered my psn as my psn was linked to new Phone. 

I can sign into a new ea account, on my current email and psn, that has none of my games, if  i proceed with the PS4 login.

I also made a PC Bf4 acc under the same new email and ps4 info doesnt come up on it. I think all this happened when i tried to sync Soldier in battlelog together, or syncing accounts together but not sure. 

I also dont get a reset email from ingame, that makes me question weather it is or isnt my old email.

i have no games at all that i have purchased in psn store.
