how you changed the region?
I changed it by sold the us region and bay new one with uk region

Just wanted to report back that I got my premium working. What it actually took was to go into the playstation setting and select "restore licenses" as soon as I did that I got my premium. The restore licenses setting is under Settings>PSN>Restore Licenses. Hope this helps some people out.
