BF4 PS4 Rented server STUCK undefined

BF4 ps4 rented server stuck undefined !!
My server stuck and dont load my presets !
(And say you have rrached the maximum number of user defined presets.)
I try to find support but because i am from greece !!
Sorry for my english !!

Sorry, but it's only possible to reset your server via EA support. Check my tip to get Live Chat option. Go to https://help.ea.com/ and select United States flag in the upper right corner. Then, click on Contact Us button and select your game and platform. Next, select a topic " manage my account" and select an issue "can't login". Then you will get the next page where you need to enter a subject and click on Chat Now button.

Hey @Copythestar1,

if your server got stuck, it would probably be for the best if you would reach out to an EA Advisor to restart the server. You can do so by clicking on this link and then categorizing your issue accordingly. The English speaking chat advisors will happily help you in looking into this issue.

I have try this many times !!!
And try the live chat and wait for 2 hours !
Try the phone but is not assistant for my country !!!
I want to reset my server buts is dificult to speak with one of advirsors to fix this problem !!

That's strange. Are you sure you do everything right? Try to use different browsers and try to get Live Chat using my link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=battlefield-4&platform=pc&category=manage-my-account&issue=cant-log-in&isChannelSelection=true

Hi. I have a problem with the server writes to me that the server type is undefined. If someone has the same problem as me, let me know how to do this thing.
