BF4 redeemed code not showing in My Games

I ordered the BF4 premium and redeemed the code. it tells me the code is redeemed but it does not show in My games.

    If you ordered just premium that will not show up in "my games" you can click your bf4 base game icon press "show details" or the "i" button and  scroll down and you will see it in the bf4 expansion set note if you don't have the base game you can not play bf4 as you need base game to play the premium is an add on and nothing else if you don't see your premium in the expansion set then and you have the base game 

     

    For this you will need to contact Origin/EA support they will gladly help you whit this problem https://help.ea.com/en/origin go here press contact as give information press I still need help at the bottom of the page and then press start live chat and you will get a live chat whit an EA agent that will be glad to help you

So just to clarify, BF4 Primium is not the game, and I got to pay another £30 odd for that too?

That's right, premium is a subscription service already on top of the game purchase. You need to purchase the game, once you got the game, you can then purchase premium service, and the expansion too. It is not mandatory to purchase premium, or the expansion to play online. Premium gives you added bonuses though, and expansion gives you more content.

    Just as said above but one thing is wrong you can buy premium before you buy base game just you wont be able to play bf4 whit out the base game but premium will be on your account just buy the base game and it  will show up + your premium will be there as well that is all
