Battlefield 1 unexpectedly banned, appeal pending – should I buy the new game?

I'm a little confused about the state of your dispute. Could you share a screenshot of the state of your ticket? Hopefully that'll give me a better idea of what exactly is happening here.

Sure, here is the screenshot of my Penalty History page. It still shows "Your appeal is pending" even though my case was closed on July 24. Please let me know if you need anything else.

I think it'd be worth handling the appeal before buying BF6, just in case the appeal isn't successful and you're not able to play BF6 either.

Hmmm, this is an odd one. It looks like your appeal was denied, which is why they closed the ticket and you're still banned, but I'm not sure why it says that your appeal is still pending. You may need to submit another dispute if you can.

That is exactly the problem I am facing right now. I am unable to submit a new dispute while the appeal still shows as pending — the system does not give me that option at all. I even thought the result just needed time to sync, so I waited an extra 10 days after my case was closed, but the page still shows "Your appeal is pending" and I still cannot submit a new one.😭

Your account was probably banned for cheating in Battlefield 1. Personally, I hope you never get to use it again. You cheaters are exactly the reason why a great game like BF1 was ruined for so many players. If you can’t play fair, you have no place in the gaming community.

I understand why you might think that, but I did not cheat. I have never used any cheat in any PVP game. And I am just a new player with about 60 hours of BF1 playtime. My K/D is only 0.6 and my KPM is only 0.4😭. Honestly, if you look at my stats, they clearly don't look like the stats of a cheater.

I have never played BF 4. I only started playing FPS games in 2023. Since then, I have bought BF 5, BF 2042, and BF 1.
