BF4 Second Assault Installed, but not working (PC)

I purchased the premium version of BF4 on Nov. 29th and haven't been able to use the Second Assault DLC at all. I have checked that all of the files are in place and gone through every trouble-shoot option I can. I have even opened three different tickets with EA (all of which they stopped responding after the first couple of messages) Not sure what to do at this point...

    @Laocci,

    If you are still missing your DLC after checking everything, then you should talk to EA support. They are the only ones able to assist you further.

    Hello @Laocci,

    Check inside of the EA app that you actually own the DLC, after that you should reinstall your game.

    I have done so and the problem persists. I own the game through Steam, so the EA App wont let me manage the game from within it.
