BF4 Server Browser PS4. No players in server browser

WHen using the serer browser to find active games, it won't bring me to any games that have players in them. Every server shows 0 players in the game even though I have all serer filters turned off. ...

Some one please explain why no players will show up in the server browser! Is this a psn/bf4 issue? Or something wrong with my disc or system?
