We have 3 personal servers from Europe, there are thousands of players in our countries, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Dubai and so on.
When they enter through Quick Match, they are only transferred to US servers, and our servers, because they are European, face a shortage of players. I hope you understand what I mean ،

The players typically populating your servers are not coming through the Quick Match feature. They come to your servers because they previously have marked them as “favourites”. Quick Match is actually the least used feature these days across all the remaining players on BF4. First choice is their Favorites list of servers, next is through their server browser. And last is the random through a quick match. Where it is never a given that players will be directed to play on your server anyway, as it depends on many other parameters…
So your whole justification and complaints about your servers are not filling up these days is not due to anything related to QuickMatch. Most probably its due to the reality of dwindling player numbers still on BF4. And if on BF4, then at times players just decides and prefer to go to other servers to play on.
I can however say that the reason why a certain player will not be directed to your server on QuickPlay is also if the player has set his/her own region not to be in the same region as your server is located. The QuickPlay priorities to place players onto servers in the same region as they have setup their user profile to be on their gaming platform. No matter if their physical location is actually somewhere else. Aka i often observe KSA players listing USA as their location. Despite they are actually matter of fact physically located in KSA…
