BF4 Shortcut Kit not working

I have purchased BF4 Support Shortcut Kit on Steam and it is not showing up on my EA account and in the game. It is on the list of DLCs on Steam, but not on EA.

@Nights0ffering is there maybe still something to click on to actually download it after purchase?

        Yes. I have previously downloaded Premium Edition DLCs through the Steam and it worked just fine.
