BF4 Shortcut Kit not working
I have purchased BF4 Support Shortcut Kit on Steam and it is not showing up on my EA account and in the game. It is on the list of DLCs on Steam, but not on EA.

Yes. I have previously downloaded Premium Edition DLCs through the Steam and it worked just fine.
I don't even think that the Shortcut Kits show up in DLC's tho. As they just unlock stuff quicker than in the usual way you would have, and it's no extra content.
Did you check on the stuff tho that should be unlocked by it?
Because the support class Shortcut Kit includes just stuff like upgrades, perks, LMG's and stuff that is been part of the base game or unlocked during progress ingame.
Stuff like Gadgets or Weapons that been added later with like updates/DLC's are not included!

It is showing up on Steam. I have 0 unlocked items. I really don't know what to do because EA support just don't answer.

Maybe need to play one to synchronize with new stuff?
