BF4 Single player Campaign progress lost (Xbox One)

I've also lost my campaign save data, got to the 4th mission on hard and saved at checkpoint to play online, the online game kicked me out and game restarted and all data lost.
Battlelog shows I've done the missions but not prepared to do it all again, thinking I may have to buy C.O.D for a decent campaign that won't lose it game save data
