BF4 Single player Campaign progress lost (Xbox One)

This is a real shame cause the game is a great game but it's ridiculous that the single player progress constantly resets. How can't they get this fixed. I mean it's video game 101. It's just a simple save of your level Completion. Two stability patches for this and still erasing the progress. Cmon guys, why is this so hard to fix??
